Shipping and returns

All orders to be shipped will be dispatched by Royal Mail's Tracked48 service for a flat rate of £3.95.

Orders placed Monday to Friday will be picked, packed and booked for collection the next working day.

Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the following Tuesday ready to be collected by Royal Mail on the Wednesday.

At checkout you can select the free click+collect option instead of paying for shipping.

Collection is from the physical shop in Taunton, and your order will usually be ready to collect within 2 hours of placing it, and will will receive an email to confirm this.

Due to the nature of the products I sell I am not able to offer a blanket returns policy, but can instead make case-by-case decisions.

Absolutely if a product is faulty I can get a replacement to you at no extra cost to yourself, just get in touch with your query and I will gladly do what I can to resolve any situations.
