How much is shipping?

I charge a flat £3.95 for all orders and this is using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service

Where is your shop?

I'm located in beautiful Taunton, Somerset. My shop is at 18 Lower Middle Street in the heart of the Independent Quarter

Do you offer click and collect?

Yep! That option will be available to you as a checkout option and is totally free!

What are your shops opening hours?

I open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am - 5pm. As it is just myself in the shop!

What payment methods do you accept?

In the physical shop I accept all major card payments as well as cash. Here online the shop again accepts all major cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay

I heard you have a loyalty card scheme?

Yes I do! In the shop anytime you spend around £5 or more you'll get a stamp. Collect 10 and you'll get a fiver off that tenth shop!

Do you offer click + collect?

Yes I do! You can choose that as an option at checkout to grab your order for free from my Taunton shop!

Where do you ship to?

Currently I offer UK-wide shipping via Royal Mail!

Am I on social media?

Yes I am! I'm most active on Instagram and Facebook as @MyCarbonCoach but I'm also on Pinterest and Youtube too!
